Service Dispatcher

Full Time position
Raleigh, NC

Primary Responsibilities:

Works with management to coordinate service.

Communicate with management and customers to ensure timely service to customers.

Operates software system to effectively dispatch service calls.

Works with and assists staff and customers to problem solve and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Experience with basic computer functions.

  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs.

  • Ability to communicate professionally and clearly to customers and relay messages back to office staff.

Customer service experience preferred
